Shipping Policy

Items on our website are available and ready to ship, typically same day depending upon the time of day the order is placed. We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays when USPS is closed.  Weather permitting, we may ship on Thursdays. 

Our wax is sensitive to extreme temperatures and we do not want your orders sitting in a hot sort center or delivery truck over a hot weekend. 

Our default shipping option is Priority USPS; however, occasionally we will ship via UPS if it is cheaper.  The standard shipping fee of $8 rarely covers shipping costs 100%, but we do not charge you any overage. You will be provided a tracking link via email.  

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and the damaged items. These photos will be required to file a claim with the Post Office or UPS. Please do not discard the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced by The Candle Barn Co. at no additional cost.  If the item is no longer available, you will be given an option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable. 

Wholesale and special orders are not eligible for any other shipping offers or promotions unless specifically stated. 

The least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount.
